Lastly, excessive surface wear of floors is the result of continued use of that particular floor. In industrial buildings, surface wear is caused mostly by heavy impact of machinery on the floor. This is an issue that can easily be prevented, but if the surface wear of the floor gets bad there may be need to undergo a complete restoration of that buildings floors’.
